Bamboo Forest

A collaboration process art painting created by my husband, Nate Alger and I. We started by covering the canvas with spray paint, taking turns adding layers. After a short dry time we used paint pens to add more detailed marks, each person building on the foundations of the other artist. As the layers of paint multiplied, the magical bamboo forest grew.
